Syniverse Recognized by Juniper Research for Excellence in Billing, Settlement, and Satellite Connectivity
Syniverse has once again been recognized by Juniper Research for its leadership in global telecommunications, earning a Platinum Award for Best Billing and Charging Evolution (BCE) Platform Solution and a Gold Award for Best Satellite Connectivity Solution in the 2026 Future Digital Awards for Telco Innovation.
The Platinum Award marks a third consecutive win for Syniverse’s clearing and settlement capabilities, with its Universal Commerce platform continuing to set the benchmark for BCE-compliant operators. Universal Commerce enables mobile network operators to manage, clear, and settle roaming transactions in real time, using blockchain-based smart contracts to streamline complex financial processes. The platform is now deployed by 90% of BCE-compliant MNOs, reflecting its scale and reliability across the industry.
Juniper Research also recognized Syniverse’s newly launched Satellite Services with a Gold Award, highlighting the company’s expanding role in non-terrestrial network connectivity. Satellite Services extends Syniverse’s proven interoperability across terrestrial and satellite networks, allowing satellite network operators to access messaging, signaling, roaming, and billing infrastructure without the need for costly core-system rebuilds. The solution supports legacy devices and simplifies commercial relationships through integrated settlement frameworks.
