Florida Chamber Champions Manufacturing in Florida by Announcing Top 4 Finalists in Second Annual Coolest Thing Made in Florida Competition
The Florida Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with FloridaCommerce, today announced the Top 4 finalists in the second annual Coolest Thing Made in Florida competition. After statewide voting narrowed the field from more than 100 Florida-made products representing all 67 counties, four manufacturers remain in the race to earn the title of the 2026 Coolest Thing Made in Florida.
The four finalists represent the innovation and creativity of Florida’s manufacturing industry and have advanced through multiple rounds of public voting by showcasing products made in Florida.

Competition Voting Schedule
- Top 4 to Top 2: September 15 – September 29, 2026
- Final Round Voting: October 12 – October 23, 2026
- 2026 Winner Announcement: October 28 at the Florida Chamber’s Future of Florida Forum and Annual Meeting in Orlando
“Reaching this stage of the competition is a significant accomplishment for each of these manufacturers,” said Mark Wilson, President & CEO of the Florida Chamber of Commerce. “These finalists represent the innovation and determination of businesses across Florida, and we encourage Floridians to continue voting and celebrating these made in Florida products.”
The competition now moves into its final stages, with public voting determining which two products will advance to the final round. The 2026 winner will be announced Oct. 28 at the Florida Chamber’s Future of Florida Forum and Annual Meeting in Orlando.
Manufacturing is officially a targeted industry in Florida and the Florida Chamber. The Coolest Thing Made in Florida competition highlights the creativity, innovation, and economic impact of Florida’s manufacturing industry while encouraging Floridians to support the businesses and products made in the Sunshine State. The competition supports the Florida Chamber Foundation’s goal of making Florida a Top 5 state for manufacturing jobs by 2030. Today, manufacturing supports more than 430,000 jobs across Florida and remains a cornerstone of the state’s economy.
“Florida manufacturers are creating products that reflect the talent and ingenuity found throughout our state,” said Jason Mahon, Deputy Secretary of Economic Development & Chief Manufacturing Officer for FloridaCommerce. “Recognizing these businesses helps showcase the strength of Florida’s manufacturing industry and the opportunities it creates for communities across the state.”
As the competition continues, the Florida Chamber of Commerce and FloridaCommerce will visit the two finalist manufacturers during National Manufacturing Week in October to recognize their achievements and highlight their contributions to Florida’s economy and manufacturing industry.
