AT&T Waives Wireless Overages to Help Customers Affected by Hurricane Isaias

AT&T is helping customers stay connected during Hurricane Isaias by waiving wireless overage charges for eligible customers in affected areas.

From October 9 through November 7, 2026, AT&T Postpaid and Prepaid customers with billing addresses in designated ZIP codes will receive unlimited talk, text and data without overage charges. Although customers may still receive usage alerts during this period, applicable credits and waived charges will be reflected on their accounts.

The initiative helps reduce connectivity concerns during hurricane recovery, allowing impacted residents to stay in touch with loved ones and access important updates and emergency information while navigating the storm’s aftermath.
