Tell Florida Legislators to Pass Auto Glass AOB Reform!

With your help, earlier this year, the Florida legislature passed a bill to address out-of-control assignment of benefits (AOB) abuse that targets Florida homeowners.

While this was a huge victory for consumers, the legislation did not cover auto glass scams, which continue to be a major problem in Florida.  In fact, auto glass AOB lawsuits have nearly quadrupled since 2013.

Now, the Florida Senate is considering legislation that would include vital auto glass AOB consumer protections.

We need to make sure lawmakers understand how important it is to pass these protections without delay!

Tell your Senators to finish the job they started and end auto glass scams!

Auto glass AOB reform will go a long way in protecting consumers from unknowingly being involved in lawsuits over windshield repairs. It will also help control rising auto insurance rates.
