Florida Power & Light Employees Volunteer Across Florida During Power to Care Week

Employees from Florida Power & Light Company spent the week giving back to their communities through the company’s annual Power to Care Week, a volunteer initiative that mobilizes staff across the state to support local nonprofit organizations.

During the week, volunteers participated in dozens of service projects benefiting community groups and charities. In Sarasota County, team members partnered with Easterseals Southwest Florida to help with projects that support individuals with disabilities and their families, contributing time and hands-on assistance to improve facilities and services.
