Businesses across Florida are just waiting for the incoming tsunami of COVID-19-related lawsuits. Sign-on to our Liability Protections letter HERE to encourage Florida’s congressional delegation to take action and protect businesses from costly lawsuits. The Florida Chamber Litigation and Regulatory Reform Center is leading in this fight to take Florida’s bottom-five legal climate into the top 12 by 2030, and local chambers have an essential role.
