Kyle Baltuch

Executive Vice President, Florida Chamber Foundation

Kyle Baltuch is an economist and serves as the Executive Vice President of the Florida Chamber Foundation, the dynamic research and development hub of the Florida Chamber of Commerce enterprise. In this pivotal role, Kyle orchestrates the Foundation’s multifaceted initiatives, including the strategic efforts behind uniting the business community around the Florida 2030 Blueprint, a visionary roadmap for growing Florida to a top 10 global economy. Renowned for its national acclaim, the Florida Chamber Foundation spearheads groundbreaking research and data analysis, fostering innovation through the incubation and refinement of transformative programs, events, and tools.  

Prior to assuming his current role, Kyle served as the Senior Vice President of Equality of Opportunity at the Florida Chamber Foundation, leading the strategic initiatives of the Florida Prosperity Project and Florida Business Alliance for Early Learning Project, both of which are now recognized as national leading practices.  

Before his tenure at the Foundation, Kyle served as the Vice President of Florida TaxWatch, where he served on the leadership team overseeing the key day-to-day operations while advancing the longer-term vision for the organization.  

A proud alumnus of Florida State University, Kyle holds a double major in Economics and International Affairs. Additionally, Kyle holds a graduate degree in Applied Economics from Florida State University’s College of Social Sciences and Public Policy.  

In 2024, Kyle was recognized as Florida’s Early Learning Leader of the Year during Children’s Week, which he regularly attributes as a “team award” in recognition of the Foundation staff’s leadership in early learning.  

Kyle resides in Tallahassee with his wife, Olivia, and their two dogs, Fiona and Cooper.
