Florida Power & Light Recognizes Community Organizations on National Nonprofit Day

Florida Power & Light Company recognized the nonprofits and community organizations working to make a difference across Florida in honor of National Nonprofit Day.

FPL highlighted its ongoing support for organizations addressing important needs throughout the state. In the past year alone, the company supported more than 2,000 nonprofits, while its employees contributed more than 55,000 volunteer hours and donated over $4.65 million to causes and organizations that matter to them.

The effort reflects the broad impact of FPL and its employees across Florida, helping strengthen communities through financial support, volunteerism, and partnerships with organizations working on the ground.
