Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Engagement

Allison currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Engagement at the Florida Chamber of Commerce, where her focus is securing Florida’s future by building relationships with Florida business leaders, strengthening member engagement, and driving membership and revenue growth. In this role, she leads the Chamber’s investor relations and engagement efforts, overseeing membership and event sponsorship revenue while creating high-value engagement opportunities that connect members with the Florida Chamber’s mission and work to advance the Florida 2030 Blueprint.

Before joining the Chamber, Allison held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the Texas Association of Business, where she led day-to-day operations while overseeing membership growth and retention strategies. Her leadership strengthened dues and events revenue, sponsorships, and PAC contributions, ensuring both member satisfaction and organizational profitability. She previously served as Vice President of Membership for the Association.

Allison’s association leadership is complemented by senior government relations roles, including serving as the Senior Director of Government Affairs at the League of Southeastern Credit Unions and the Vice President of Government Relations at the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, where she directed PAC operations, led political fundraising, and successfully lobbied pro-business legislation. She also served within Alabama’s Executive Branch as the Legislative Director for Governor Robert Bentley.

Throughout her career, she has consistently translated cross-departmental collaboration and strategic engagement into long-term organizational impact, including delivering high-impact events, including Washington DC fly-ins, state advocacy conferences, regional programming, fundraisers, and more, to advance organizations’ engagement and policy priorities.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Arizona State University and is fluent in Spanish.
