What We Learned at the Statewide Florida 2030 Townhalls

The Florida Chamber Foundation traveled to each of Florida’s 67 counties and engaged with more than 10,000 Floridians over a year and a half as part of the Florida 2030 research project. We asked Floridians about Florida’s capacity to compete, ability to ensure prosperity, and ways to secure vibrant and sustainable communities, today and tomorrow.

From talent, infrastructure, and prosperity to quality of life, below is a summary of what we heard around the state. The one issue that was universally identified as a crisis across the state? Availability of attainable housing, particularly for critical workers.
