JEA Volunteers Support Students Through United Way Day of Action
JEA employees recently joined forces with United Way of Northeast Florida for the organization’s annual Day of Action, contributing their time and energy to projects that benefit local students.
Volunteers participated in campus improvement efforts at Andrew Jackson High School, helping enhance school spaces and create a more welcoming environment for students and staff. The projects focused on improving the functionality and appearance of areas used by students throughout the school day.
The volunteer effort reflects JEA’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and investment in education. By partnering with United Way and local schools, employees helped support initiatives that promote student success and strengthen opportunities for young people across Northeast Florida.
