Florida Chamber Annual Insurance Summit

December 1, 2021 - December 3, 2021

It’s time to insure Florida’s future- the right way. Despite significant attorney reform this year and the passage of AOB legislation in 2019, insurance rates are still skyrocketing and bad actors, from personal injury trial lawyers to scam artists, are still preying on consumers and costing Floridians thousands per year. Join members of Florida’s business community, insurance professionals, industry leaders and elected officials for interactive discussions on the future of the insurance market. Attendees will hear from industry leaders and government officials on the state of insurance in Florida and the solutions we must unite behind to reach the Florida 2030 Blueprint goal of actuarily sound property insurance rates based on actual risk and competition. From panels and discussions on the CAT Fund, PIP Repeal and the Surfside collapse to other emerging issues facing insurers, business leaders and consumers, the Florida Chamber’s Insurance Summit is the premier platform uniting Florida’s top leaders on insurance reform and solutions to keep Florida moving forward.
