Save Local Businesses

On September 15, the Florida Chamber of Commerce called on Representative Stephanie Murphy to stand with us to protect free-enterprise from costly regulations. The Save Local Businesses Act (H.R. 3441) opposes the new joint employer standard that threatens local businesses and increases their chances of being sued. The support from legislature is necessary to help restore certainty to Florida’s employers and employees.
