A Letter to the Florida Congressional Delegation on the Health Insurance Tax

The Florida Chamber of Commerce urges repeal or delay of the Affordable Care Act Heath Insurance Tax. The tax, which was deffered in 2017 is set to cost Floridians $1.7 billion in higher health insurance premiums this coming year. We call to Florida’s Congressional Delegation to help delay this tax burdening Florida’s families, employers and economy.
