Florida Chamber of Commerce and Foundation to Share Exclusive Insights into Florida’s Future, Featuring Internationally Recognized Speakers and Game-Changing Announcements for Florida Leaders at Annual Meeting in Orlando
The Florida Chamber Foundation and Florida Chamber of Commerce will host the 2025 Future of Florida Forum (F3) & Florida Chamber Annual Meeting on October 27–28 in Orlando, bringing together local and international thought leaders for important insights shaping Florida’s business and economic future. This year’s event will feature powerhouse speakers, and data-driven strategy segments focused on achieving the Florida 2030 Blueprint’s primary target of growing Florida to the 10th largest economy in the world by 2030. The headlining presentation will provide lessons on leadership and disruption, featuring Matt Higgins, entrepreneur, investor, and Shark Tank Star, alongside Stephen M. Ross, CEO & Chairman of Related Ross, Founder of Related Companies and owner of the Miami Dolphins.

Highlights on the agenda include the reveal of the winner of the inaugural Coolest Thing Made in Florida Competition, showcasing the innovation and impact of Florida’s manufacturing sector, and the soon-to-be-released Florida 2030 Blueprint Halftime Report, featuring key insights on where Florida stands today since the launch of the Blueprint and what must happen to meet the state’s long-term economic goals.

- Heather Kasten, President & CEO of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, will share how local chambers of commerce are leveraging the Florida Chamber’s tools, resources and advocacy efforts to strategically enhance their communities.
- Recently acknowledged as Most Admired CEOs by the Tampa Bay Business Journals, Melissa Seixas, President of Duke Energy Florida and Archie Collins, President & CEO of TECO, will share how Florida utilities and emergency management are innovating to power communities across the state.
- Matt Dunagan, Executive Director of the Florida Sheriff’s Association, and Sheriff Dennis Lemma of the Seminole County Sheriff’s office will join our Prosperity Initiative team in announcing an enhanced partnership between the Florida Sheriff’s Association and Florida businesses to make communities safer and prosperous in Florida.
