Florida’s Lawsuit Climate Among Nation’s Worst
We couldn’t have said it better.
“If we make the (legal climate) so it’s based on the clients rather than the attorneys, I think that would be a better climate,” Governor Ron DeSantis said today as Florida’s legal climate ranking was unveiled during an event with the Florida Chamber of Commerce and U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Legal Reform.
That’s why the Florida Chamber of Commerce is leading Florida’s lawsuit abuse campaign, and uniting businesses and families behind the effort to reduce costs on job creators and families.
“We need to move Florida from the bottom five to the top 10, and we look forward to standing here with Governor DeSantis and the legislature in two years to demonstrate Florida’s positive momentum,” Mark Wilson, President and CEO said.
