Agriculture plays a vital role in Florida’s economy, with more than 1.5 million jobs connected to agriculture, natural resources and food industries and 15.4 percent of our gross state product tied to the industry. Agriculture production has improved with advanced technology, relying on the latest innovations like drones and automation to streamline the process of producing food supplies and crops for not only Floridians, but for consumers all over the world.
