Did You Know Millennials Account for 1 in 3 American Workers?

Adults age 18-34, known as the Millennial Generation, have surpassed baby boomers and Gen Xers to become the largest generation in the American workforce, according to a Pew report on US Census data. That number is only expected to grow as more Millennials graduate from college and enter the workforce.

With one third of Florida’s workforce expected to retire by 2030, Millennials will have some important gaps to fill. This large population of retirees will leave an unprecedented opportunity for workers who will be stepping into these positions.
