Vice President of Marketing and Communications & Vice President of the Leadership Cabinet
Crystal Campbell is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with 17 years of experience driving influence, engagement, and measurable results across the private and public sectors.
She currently serves as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the Florida Chamber of Commerce, where she leads enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy—overseeing brand, messaging, and engagement efforts across advocacy, governmental affairs and policy, political strategy, global initiatives, membership, and the Florida Chamber Leadership Cabinet. Her focus is on aligning communications across the enterprise to strengthen Florida’s business climate and deliver measurable outcomes.
In addition, Campbell serves as Vice President of the Florida Chamber Leadership Cabinet on Safety, Health, and Sustainability, guiding the strategic planning and direction of the Cabinet. In this role, she brings together cross-sector leaders to advance collaborative solutions in workplace safety, mental well-being, and environmental sustainability.
Before joining the Chamber, Campbell held a key role at Gladstein Neandross and Associates (GNA), a leading clean transportation consultancy specializing in low- and zero-emission vehicle technologies and infrastructure in Santa Monica, California. There, she developed, implemented, and managed multi-channel marketing, education, and outreach strategies that accelerated market adoption for clean energy solutions across the electric utility sector.
Earlier in her career, Campbell spent nearly a decade with Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, where she managed all aspects of marketing strategy, creative design, and brand communications for multiple subsidiaries. Her leadership contributed to the successful development of several national award-winning marketing campaigns recognized for best practices in marketing communications, crisis management, public relations, and community engagement. She was honored as a Public Relations Rising Star by PR News for her leadership in the field.
She has also served as Chair of the Multi-Generational Leadership Committee for the Southern Gas Association (SGA) and Vice Chair of the Florida Natural Gas Association (FNGA) Marketing Committee.
