BNY Expands Lake Mary Campus into Global Hub for Growth and Talent

BNY has completed a major expansion of its Lake Mary campus, growing the site to 300,000 square feet and establishing it as one of the company’s six global hubs for talent, innovation, and client partnerships. The financial services firm, which has maintained a presence in Lake Mary since 2001, debuted its expanded offices on Oct. 21 following the lease of more than 200,000 additional square feet across two buildings on Colonial Center Parkway. The upgraded campus—now BNY’s third largest in the U.S.—features new amenities including an employee cafeteria, client spaces, a full health facility with physicians, and an on-site gym. The expansion reflects BNY’s long-term commitment to the region’s workforce, supported by partnerships with local institutions like the University of Central Florida and proximity to Orlando International Airport. With most of the campus already occupied and room for future growth, BNY aims to attract top talent and strengthen its role as a financial and innovation leader in Central Florida.
