Editorial: Chamber Foundation study point toward path to the future

Florida will look far different a decade from now — in its population, as it grows and becomes more diverse; in where people live, as cities expand and rising sea levels affect the coastline; in how the economy functions, as technology develops and the nature of work changes.

Preparing for that future is a huge and uncertain undertaking, but a vitally necessary one.

For that reason, we’re excited about the Florida Chamber Foundation’s recently released Florida 2030 report, which lays out with welcomed clarity the challenges facing the state over the next 10 to 15 years and provides a framework for navigating our way through those challenges.
