2030 Goal Leader Update: Regulatory, labor, and operating risk environments rated among top 5 in the nation

On April 29, the Florida Supreme Court announced that the federal summary judgment standard would be adopted beginning May 1, securing a win for the Florida Chamber Litigation & Regulatory Reform Center and Florida’s civil justice system. The Florida Chamber had argued in an amicus brief in the case Wilsonart v. Lopez that the federal standard would bring parity with other states and allow for some cases to move more quickly through the judicial process, saving both time and money.
