Holland & Knight has announced that its Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Bob Grammig, has been inducted into the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame for the class of 2026. The honor, presented by the Florida Council on Economic Education, recognizes business leaders from the Tampa Bay region whose leadership, integrity and impact have helped shape the community and inspired others. The induction ceremony took place on April 23, during an event that raised more than $380,000 to support the council’s initiative to provide free economic and financial education to K–12 educators and students across Florida.
Grammig leads Holland & Knight’s strategic direction and oversees the firm’s overall operations, a role he has held following a long career in corporate law and firm leadership. Before becoming CEO, he guided the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group and also served on the firm’s Directors Committee. He has spent more than four decades practicing law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, corporate governance and international business transactions.
Under Grammig’s leadership, the firm has strengthened its presence in the Tampa Bay area, including the opening of a new, larger operations center in late 2025 to accommodate its growing administrative team. In addition to his professional achievements, Grammig has been active in the broader business community, including serving in leadership roles with the Florida Chamber of Commerce.
The Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame has honored influential leaders for more than 30 years, highlighting individuals whose careers and civic contributions have made significant and lasting impacts on the region.
