These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.

Ashley Lukis is a shareholder at GrayRobinson, P.A., with experience representing public entities and private clients and has served on the Florida Commission on Ethics. She holds a bachelor’s degree and juris doctor from Florida State University.

Michael Okaty is a partner at Foley & Lardner, LLP, active in several nonprofit boards, and was named 2023 Lawyer of the Year in business organizations law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and a juris doctor from NYU.
