The Florida Chamber Foundation’s Future of Work Florida Initiative and Florida Business Alliance for Early Learning will convene business leaders, educators, workforce professionals, and policymakers from across the state for the 2026 Florida Learners to Earners Workforce Solution Summit on June 23 at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. The summit will focus on strengthening Florida’s talent pipeline, from cradle to career, and advancing solutions to build America’s best workforce in Florida.
Focused on improving workforce outcomes in Florida and strengthening the state’s long-term economic competitiveness, the summit will feature best practices and challenges on workforce readiness, talent development, work-based learning, early learning, and strategies to connect more Floridians to high-demand careers, including second-chance hiring.
