Daniel serves as Director of Marketing for the Florida Chamber and its many initiatives that make up the enterprise. With a diverse background in marketing communications and public relations, Daniel has worked for several non-profits and trade organizations including the Florida Attractions Association where he most recently served as Communications Manager. Before moving to Florida, Daniel was a public affairs contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense covering stories at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division is West Bethesda, Maryland. He was also the editor of the Naval Medical Research Center’s Research & Development newsletter.
He has several years’ experience as a content writer and project manager, and is a seasoned creator and editor of web content and email communications using various platforms. In recent years, he has further developed his skills in graphic design and web development, and he enjoys continually learning new things to keep up with the ever-changing technological world we live in.
Daniel is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Arts in Public Relations and Applied Communication from Kent State University. He was raised in Snellville, Georgia and currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida with his wife Sarah.
