Ana Hamil’s experience in a diverse range of industries including retail, manufacturing, telecom, insurance and construction give her a unique lens toward developing new and enhanced programming to meet the needs of Florida’s businesses.
In her role at the Florida Chamber Safety Council, Ana works with companies to understand their immediate and long-term needs for safety services and connects Florida businesses to the Safety Council’s training, information, resources and other individualized services. Additionally, Ana will oversee the planning and operations for the inaugural Florida Chamber Safety Council’s safety, health and sustainability conference scheduled for April 2021.
Ana relocated to Florida to join the Florida Chamber Safety Council team. Prior to joining the Florida Chamber, Ana served as the Business Development Manager for Wisconsin Safety Council. With her focus on membership services and safety trainings, Ana consistently elevated organization’s training curriculum and played a key role in ongoing national recognition of the Wisconsin Safety Council’s efforts and growth in workplace safety.
Ana was born in Spain and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is a bilingual communicator whose unique lens ensures the Florida Chamber Safety Council places importance on safety cultures that embrace cultural differences among employees.
