Gov. Scott Signs World Trade Month Resolution

Gov. Rick Scott, alongside the other Cabinet members, earlier today presented Florida Chamber Foundation Executive Vice President Tony Carvajal with a resolution recognizing May as World Trade Month. The presentation came at the Florida Cabinet’s monthly meeting, where Carvajal delivered remarks on the important role played by international trade in creating more Florida jobs and fostering economic growth.

“Global trade makes for a more global Florida, where “more” is fresh from Florida, made in Florida, and moved by Florida,” said TONY CARVAJAL, Florida Chamber Foundation Executive Vice President.
