As part of our push to grow Florida into a Top 5 manufacturing state, the Florida Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with FloridaCommerce, today announced the Top 8 products advancing in the second annual Coolest Thing Made in Florida competition. Following thousands of votes and three rounds of competition, the remaining products will continue competing in the statewide tournament celebrating Florida’s manufacturing industry and the innovative products made across the Sunshine State.
The competition launched with more than 100 Florida-made products representing manufacturers from across Florida. After multiple rounds of public voting, the Top 8 products have earned their place in the bracket and are one step closer to being named the 2026 Coolest Thing Made in Florida.

The Coolest Thing Made in Florida competition showcases the creativity, innovation, and economic impact of Florida’s manufacturing industry while encouraging Floridians to support the businesses and products made in Florida. The competition supports the Florida Chamber Foundation’s goal of making Florida a Top 5 state for manufacturing jobs by 2030. Florida’s manufacturing industry supports more than 426,000 jobs and remains a cornerstone of the state’s economy.

They are creating good jobs, driving innovation and strengthening the communities they call home,” said Mark Wilson, President & CEO of the Florida Chamber of Commerce. “The Top 8 represent the ingenuity and diversity of Florida’s manufacturing industry, and this competition allows Floridians to see firsthand what is being made right here in our state. As we move toward naming this year’s winner, we encourage Floridians to keep voting and keep celebrating Florida-made products.”
As part of this year’s competition, the Florida Chamber of Commerce and FloridaCommerce plan to visit the two finalist manufacturers during National Manufacturing Week in October to recognize their achievements and highlight their contributions to Florida’s economy and manufacturing industry.

- Final Round Voting: October 12 – October 23, 2026
- 2026 Winner Announcement: October 28 at the Florida Chamber’s Future of Florida Forum and Annual Meeting in Orlando
