Florida Chamber Launches Global Florida initiative in Tampa

Featured speakers from Port Tampa Bay, Enterprise Florida, Bank of America and more joined us in Tampa on December 15 for discussions that focused on the opportunities that Brazil brings for Florida businesses. From doing business in Brazil to how the Florida-Brazil partnership is working for Florida were chief among the conversations.

The purpose of Global Florida is to educate and promote business opportunities, collaborate and advance policy initiatives in each of the four major geographic regions:  Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East/Sub Sahara Africa.  Click here to read more from Florida Politics.

  • We look forward to more conversations that:
  • Outline the future of doing business in particular world regions, including Florida’s position in those marketplaces,
  • Highlight opportunities to strengthen the state’s global economic competitiveness, particularly around the trade, freight and logistics, and
Offer insight into initiatives, programs and other tools that can help companies to engage and expand internationally.
