Lou Zaccone
On July 1, 2011, Louis J. Zaccone, was promoted to District General Manager of Florida Trane Commercial Systems. In his new role, Mr. Zaccone is responsible for Trane’s performance in all Florida businesses, including Equipment Sales, Service, Parts, Building Automation Systems, Turnkey, and Energy Services.
As District General Manager of Florida Trane Commercial Systems, Mr. Zaccone’s precedence is to execute a successful formulation of a statewide Trane organization, which includes a strategy for dynamic growth by leveraging vertical market strategies and develop enhanced organizational design, while increasing the level of service to our customers.
Lou’s extensive management experience complements the Florida market of Mechanical and Design Engineers, Mechanical and Service Contractors, Property Managers, and Commercial and Institutional Business Owners and Operators.
Lou has over 35 years experience with Trane, 8 in the Florida market. His experience with Trane entails various leadership roles, including Corporate Vice President of Service and District Manager. Most recently, Lou served as District Manager of Trane South Florida from 2004–2011. Lou attended the University of Delaware where he majored in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
