Mr. Lowell joined Flagler Real Estate Services, Inc. 14 years ago. As Vice President, Mr. Lowell currently handles leasing and marketing of office buildings throughout Miami-Dade County. Most recently, he is directly responsible for leasing Met 2 Financial, a 47-story, 750,000 square foot office tower scheduled for completion in the 2nd quarter of 2010, Mellon Financial Center a 30-story, 522,000 square foot building on Brickell Avenue and the new Bacardi Building, a 15-story, 275,000 square foot office building in Coral Gables.

In addition to his notable career with Flagler Real Estate Services, Mr. Lowell is active on multiple boards and civic organizations including currently the Executive Committees of the Beacon Council, the United Way and WPBT, and the Advisory Boards of the Salvation Army and Teach for America. He has received numerous awards for his outstanding professional achievements, and has been honored as a Broker of the Year by both NAIOP and BOMA.

Mr. Lowell’s remarkable real estate career spans nearly four decades. Prior to Flagler Real Estate Services, Mr. Lowell was the owner and Chief Executive of Summa Properties, a commercial real estate brokerage, leasing and management firm. From 1983 to 1991, as the partner in of the Tishman Speyer Properties Miami office, Mr. Lowell was responsible for development of the Brickell Square project, Westside Corporate Center, and the Federal Law Enforcement Building, and leasing and management of Airport Corporate Center, the SunTrust Building, One Brickell Square and Westland Executive Center.

In the years preceding Tishman, Mr. Lowell worked as a Vice President for CB Richard Ellis, supervising more than 30 brokers and support staff, and served as General Manager of the Grove Isle development. Mr. Lowell has lived in South Florida since 1974. He graduated from Harvard College and holds licenses in Florida as a Real Estate Broker and a Mortgage Broker.

Mr. Lowell has five children and lives with his wife, Natasha, in Coral Gables, Florida.
