Fredrick W. Leonhardt Esq.
Fred is a native Central Floridian who attended the University of Florida where he received an undergraduate degree in psychology and law degree. After college he served two years as counsel to the Florida House of Representatives. He returned to Central Florida and has been in private practice continuously. He is Chairman of the firm’s Policy Board of Directors. He is also head of the firm’s Government Law Group and Chairs the Political Action Committee.
A Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate attorney, Fred’s experience includes dealing with federal, state and local government on behalf of private clients with particular emphasis on economic development. He has a significant background in state and local government law operational matters including procurement. Fred served on Governor Jeb Bush’s Growth Management Study Commission and now serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Enterprise Florida, the State’s economic development organization.
Fred is the lead lawyer for the 55 West Condominium project in downtown Orlando. He is also Past Chair of the Board of the Florida Chamber of Commerce and Floridians for Better Transportation.
