Carl A. Miller
Carl A. Miller, Jr. is Regional President of Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company to the Greater Gulf Coast.
He began his 25-year career in financial services in 1985 as a Management Trainee in Fort Wayne, Indiana. During his career, he has worked in product development, corporate development and product management. In 1995 he was named Senior Vice President for Marketing, CRA, Sales Development, Phone Banking and ATM’s, for the Indiana/Ohio Region. In 1997 he was named Retail Banking Manager for Wells Fargo Bank Fort Wayne. He was appointed to the position of Fort Wayne Community Bank President and Regional Manager in 2001. He was appointed to his current position of Regional President in 2002.
Miller was born in Washington, D.C. In 1985 he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the Indiana Institute of Technology. Miller was a graduate of the Wells Fargo Leadership Master Program.
Miller moved to serve as the Regional President to the Greater Gulf Coast region in Tampa, FL in February 2009.
Miller has served on the boards for Civic Theatre; YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne; United Way Planning, Allocations and Resource Committee; Indiana Institute of Technology, The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo, Junior Achievement, The YMCA, Boy Scouts of America and the McMillen Health Education Center.
Carl and his wife, Lisa, have two sons, Carl and Ryan.
