2012 INTERNATIONAL DAYS KICKS-OFF TODAY: Florida Chamber of Commerce to Host International Community

TALLAHASSEE (February 7, 2012) - U.S. Department of Commerce Under Secretary for International Trade Francisco Sanchez along with the Canadian Ambassador to the United States and Governor Rick Scott will be among the featured speakers today at the Florida Chamber of Commerce’s International Days.

The two-day International Days conference – slated for Tuesday and Wednesday, February 7-8 – provides Florida’s international business community the opportunity to hear from top international trade experts and promote the significant role international business has in Florida’s economy. Chief among the discussions will be the importance of manufacturing exports and the industry’s significant role in the Florida Chamber’s goal to secure Florida’s future and double Florida-origin exports in five years.
