Florida employers face a $1.2 billion increase in their nemployment compensation taxes at a time when they can least afford it.

 
 


While Florida’s unemployment compensation system has generally served the state well, it was not designed to fund unemployment benefits for so many during such a historic and sustained economic downturn. (more)
