Florida Chamber Political Institute Poll Shows Numbers in Republican Gubernatorial Primary Election TighteningJune 18, 2010
A poll released today by the Florida Chamber of Commerce Political Institute shows the lead narrowing in the Republican Primary race for governor. In a statewide sampling of likely voters, 35 percent of Floridians are still undecided. Additionally, Governor Crist continues to hold strong approval ratings, with 60 percent of Floridians approving and 30 percent disapproving. However, 53 percent of voters still believe Florida is on the wrong track, while 30 percent of voters believe we are generally headed in the right direction. (more)
