Florida’s civil justice system remains broken and in need of continued reform.  Consistently scoring near the bottom in national rankings on legal climates, our system is out of balance in favor of personal injury lawyers at the expense of Florida’s taxpayers.

 
 
Our state’s legal system imposes burdensome costs on mployees, consumers, small businesses and the health care community—resources better used to hire additional employees, expand productivity and improve product safety and employee benefits. (more)
